CONSTITUTION:In an autofocusing control device of a panorama camera in which active autofocusing control is executed, a lighting part 12 for lighting a beam to a subject outside a panoramic photographing area is provided in addition to a normal middle stage lighting part 11 at a lighting element 11 so as to measure distance to the subject outside the panoramic photographing area by receiving a reflected beam from the subject at a light receiving element 17..And when missing of the subject is detected from the lighting result outside the panoramic photographing area, an alarm may be displayed in a viewfinder or a panoramic photographing mode may be automatically switched to a normal photographing mode by a mode switching means.
