<p>PURPOSE:To improve the monitoring precision to a plant, to improve the arithmetic speed and the arithmetic precision of the control operation and to more improve the control precision to the plant when it is controlled. CONSTITUTION:By a controller B, the process condition of a plant A is controlled to a target value, and by a monitoring controller F connected through a data transmission line to the controller B, the actual result data of the plant A are monitored and collected through the controller B; and, to the controller B, the target value is sent. An engineering work station(EWS) H is connected to a data transmission line C, and by the EWS (H), based on actual result data transmitted from the monitoring controller F, the predicted data are obtained, the control operation to count a target value G corresponding to the predicted data is performed, and an arithmetic result is sent to the monitoring controller F as a new target value to the controller B.</p> |
