DISTRIBUTED POWER GENERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To realize a distributed power generating system comprising a power system and distributed power generating facilities wherein power can be fed to a load without interrupting power supply thereof. CONSTITUTION:The distributed power generating system for switch a power system 1 and a distributed power generating facility 3 to feed a load 4 with power from the power system 1 side or the power generating facility 3 side employs an uninterruptible power supply 2 as a switching unit. Switches A22 and B25 are additionally provided on the input side of a DC circuit or a rectifier 21 in the uninterruptible power supply 2 and in the downstream of a load branch point 26 on the output side of an inverter 24 so that the power supply 1 and the power generating facility 3 can be switched.
