MAGNETIC CORE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To reduce a core loss in high frequencies of a magnetic core using an amorphous alloy and an Fe base microcrystal alloy. CONSTITUTION:In a toroidal magnetic core that is a winding of an alloy strip made of an amorphous alloy of 30mum or less thickness or an Fe base microcrystal alloy, the maximum value of angle alpha made by the tangential line (b) of a strip's neutral axis (a) and that (d) of a circle (c) whose center is the core's gravity center at a point of intersection of the axis and the circle should be 5 deg. or less.
