摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a toner excellent anti-adhering property on blades and life characteristics with which high picture image density and resolution can be obtd. without causing fogging and splashing by incorporating nitrile acrylate into a polymer and specifying the relative dielectric constant of the toner. CONSTITUTION:This toner consists of a polymer material and coloring agent, and if neccessary, charge controlling agent. The polymer contains nitrile acrylate and the toner has 2.6-10.0 relative dielectric const. If the relative dielectric const. is <=2.6, the charge amt. is not stable so that it takes long time to obtain satd. charge mat. when triboelectric charge is generated between the toner and a blade to limit the layer thickness. This causes fogging and decrease in picture image density. If the relative dielectric const. is >=10.0, the triboelectric charge amt. decreases to cause not only problems but large dielectric loss, which decreases the electric resistance of the toner and causes transfer fault.</p> |
