This device comprises a small pump (2), mounted on the bottle (1) and comprising a hollow rod (3) which serves as an outlet pipe and an actuating member and moves in the body of the small pump against the action of a spring, a dispensing cap (4), mounted on the bottle (1) above the small pump (2) and comprising a pressure actuating element (5) provided with means (10, 12) of mechanical coupling with the hollow rod (3), a spray nozzle (8) and an internal channel (7) which opens into the nozzle, and means of connection (11) serving to connect the hollow rod (3) with the internal channel (7) of the cap (4). The means of connection comprise a flexible tubular element (11) coupled at one end to the hollow rod (3) and at the other end to the internal channel (7) of the dispensing cap (4). The mechanical coupling means (10, 12) comprise a support element (12) integral with the hollow rod and an element (10) for providing contact between the pressure actuating element (5) and this support element, by means of which the small pump (2) is actuated under the effect of a displacement of the hollow rod when the actuating element is pushed in. <IMAGE>
