摘要

Plastics sheet is produced from a mixt. of 1000 (wt.) pts. polysulphide oligomer or polymer (I), 300-700 pts. C black (II) and a hardener (III) based on MnO2. The mixt. also contains 10-50 pts. reactive silane. (III) is of a paste of 50-70% MnO2 and 30-50% plasticiser. The mixt. pref. consists of 1000 pts. (I) with the average structure. HS-(C2H4O-CH2-O-C2H4-SS)23 -C2H4-O-CH2-O-C2H4-SH (IA) with ca. 2.0% crosslinking and an average mol.wt. of 4000, 300-700 pts. (II) and 80-140 pts. (III) paste of 60% MnO2 and 40% phthalate plasticiser. The sheet contains a reinforcing insert and/or is laminated with a film or (non)woven fabric on one side. For bonding plastics sheets, the overlapping edges of the individual sheets are bonded with a polysulphide compsn. analogous to the above sheet.
