摘要 The wideband high-frequency circuit is formed on a dielectric substrate (S), preferably a ceramic substrate. The substrate (S) has an earthed metallic layer (M) on one side and a conductive structure of metal tracks (B) on the other side. The tracks (B) can also act as solder surfaces for components, especially transistors (Tr). To compensate for stray inductance, an inductor (L) with a lower Q value is connected in parallel across the substrate (S). ADVANTAGE - Passive and active components can be mounted together on same substrate of high dielectric constant. Produces high resistive impedance level to compensate stray inductance.
