<p>A profiled tube assembly for a heat exchanger has profiled tubes which consist of a number of abutting curved sections (5), as a result of which it is possible to achieve an approximately snakily curved profiled tube contour. Consequently, thermal expansions can be compensated by balancing movements of the curved sections (5) without the overall position of the heat exchanger being altered or sizeable stresses arising.
