PURPOSE: To provide a new method of transferring methine dye that is absorbed in spectral areas of blue-green, etc., by arranging appropriate numbers of dye indicated by a specified formula on a bearing body when transferring the methine dye from a bearing body to papers coated with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: By diffusion using an energy source, a methine dye is transferred from a bearing body to papers coated with synthetic resin. One or more dye expressed as the formula: K-N=B are arranged on the bearing body. In this formula, K represents an aromatic carbocyclic group or heterocyclic group, B represents a CH-oxide group, and B is extracted from nitromethane, aliphatic nitro compound, benzimidoyl-2-ilacetamido, or compounds expressed as formulas indicated separately. This gives a new method of transferring methine dye that is absorbed in spectral areas of blue-green or green. |
