<p>PURPOSE:To provide a braking device wherein braking force is sufficient against a load such as, for instance, several tens of tons and further surely obtained. CONSTITUTION:A braking device has a cylinder 1 having a brake shoe 4 serving as a braking part in the point end of a piston rod 2 so as to perform braking action in the brake shoe 4 by supplying oil to one cylinder chamber 1a, oil supply part for supplying oil to this cylinder 1 by an oil pump 6 and a direction switching valve 12 connected to piping between this oil supply part and the cylinder 1 to perform closing/opening this piping. By operating this direction switching valve 12 switched, oil is supplied into the cylinder chamber 1a through the piping by the oil pump 6 to display braking force against a load of acting on a winch or the like.</p> |
