<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas separator constituted to obtain a high purity product gas. CONSTITUTION:This gas separator 1 has the adsorbing vessels 7A and 7B into which a compressed gas from a compressor 5 is supplied and oxygen molecule is adsorbed on a adsorbent in the adsorbing vessels 7A, 7B to form nitrogen gas. A pressure equalizing pipe 16 is arranged in the take-out side of the adsorbing vessels 7A, 7B and a pressure equalizing adsorbing vessel 18 to adsorb oxygen molecule in the pressure equalizing gas fed from one of the adsorbing vessels to another vessel is provided on the midst of the pressure equalizing pipe 16.</p> |
