METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING OBJECT

PURPOSE:To identify an object through a neural network by uniforming picture elements using histograms even if images of the object for identification have different information. CONSTITUTION:Historgrams (b) are originated as to the distribution (a) of information of an object for identification. A curve (c) obtained by accumulation of the histograms is used as a transformation curve and values are transformed. A device is made to learn a neural network (e) using the distribution (d) of these transformed values so as to identify the object. Images reproduced by the holographic method based on the reflection of ultrasonic or electromagnetic waves is applicable in the information.
