<p>PURPOSE:To produce slag fine powder having excellent characteristics such as effect to improve fluidity of concrete when this slag fine powder is mixed with cement and this mixture is used. CONSTITUTION:Square slag fine powder having about <=100mum average particle diameter is obtained by mechanical grinding of slag. This square slag fine powder is supplied into an air feed pipe and dispersed in the air, carried and blown to burner flame of >=1380 deg.C and heated. Thereby the square slag fine powder is melted and sphered by surface tension. In this method, the flow rate ratio of both combustion gas of a burner and the air for carrier in a feed nozzle for blowing the slag fine powder to flame is regulated to 1.5-6.5. Moreover, the flow velocity ratio thereof is regulated to 0.3-3.0 and also the solid and gas ratio of both feed speed (g/min) of slag fine powder in the feed nozzle and the flow rate (l/min) of air for carrier is regulated to 0.05-1.5.</p> |
