PURPOSE:To obtain a new recombinant vector for producing a human nerve growth factor 2 (human NGF2/NT-3). CONSTITUTION:A recombinant vector containing a DNA having a DNA capable of coding a proregion of a nerve growth factor at the 5'-terminal of DNA coding the human nerve growth factor 2. The recombinant factor is obtained by connecting the proregion of NGF to the 5'-terminal of the DNA capable of coding the human NGF2/NT-3.
