PURPOSE:To provide the laser beam machine with stable machining quality and high machining yield by monitoring the change of the circular polarization ratio of the laser beam while irradiating the material to be machined, while loser beam machining, and compensating the machining condition. CONSTITUTION:The loses beam machine is provided with loser beam detectors 13A-13C which has inserted from the opposite side to the lens holder 14 into >=3 through holes 14A-14C of the annular condenser lens mount 12 provided in a working torch 6. From the elliptical polarization ratio, direction of polarization and moving direction of working table, the laser output signal and table command signal are corrected and outputted. At the same time this machine is provided with NC controlling system to control whole system. |
