摘要 PURPOSE: To automate the handling of a reagent container and improve the reliability of treatment by integrally forming a plastic cap having a cylindrical side wall, annular top wall, and conical wall so that the tip of the conical wall can be bored. CONSTITUTION: In an analyzer, a small amount of reagent is transferred to a reaction cell from a reagent container by using an automatic pipet device. The cap 11 of the reagent container is made of a plastic and effectively and surely seals the container as a threaded cap. The cap 11 has a cylindrical side wall 13, annular top wall 14, and conical wall 15 and the tip 16 of the wall 15 positioned on the symmetry axis of the side wall 13 can be bored. During pipet scanning, the wall 15 guides a pipet needle so that the needle can pass through the same location, namely, the small Y-shaped slot 23 of the bored tip 16. Therefore, the reagent container can be sealed substantially over the full duration of service and can be handled freely, because the pipet needle can elastically come into contact with the slot 23 without damaging the cap 11 and does not jam in the slot 23 even after the pipet scanning is performed many times through the cap 11.
