CONSTITUTION:A discharge current of static electricity from an electronic component, etc., is applied to the point [B] of the static electricity discharge path ground pattern 7a of a multilayer circuit board 2. The discharge current is made to flow from the static electricity discharge path ground patterns 7a-7f into a grounding part [M] to which the cathode of a battery 10 which is the lowest impedance part in ground patterns 6a-6f is connected.
