PURPOSE:To provide the cable which securely maintains a cable core and can effectively prevent the hazard by water while maintaining sufficient flexibility. CONSTITUTION:The laminating tape of the laminated sheath cable including the cable core 1 which is constituted by aggregating glass optical fibers or metallic conductors, the laminating tape 5 which is clad on the outer periphery of this cable core 1 and has a metallic layer 50 of aluminum or the like having the higher tendency to ionization than the tendency to ionization of hydrogen, and the sheath 4 which is clad on the outer periphery of this laminating tape 5 is constitute by adhering a 1st water-resistant fused resin layer 512 to the side facing the sheath of the metallic layer 50 and adhering a hardly fusible layer 52 having the m. p. higher than the melting temp. of a 2nd water-resistant fused resin layer 511 via the 2nd water-resistant fused resin layer 511 having excellent water resistance to the side of the metallic layer 50 facing the cable core 1.
