PURPOSE:To quickly decide the factor of the abnormality by an abnormality diagnostic subject equipment by giving the priority to the suspicions of the abnormality factor when the diagnosis is carried out in response to the abnormal state in the abnormality diagnostic equipment. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality diagnostic device consists of an abnormality diagnostic data input means 11, an abnormality diagnostic information storage means 12, a inference means 13, and an inference output means 14. Furthermore, a parts/design change correspondence information storage means 15 is added to store the information on the parts and the design change of the parts with correspondence secured to each other. Then the means 14 performs the inference based on the abnormality diagnostic information and the parts/design change correspondence information. |
