<p>PURPOSE:To increase a function without expanding a circuit scale by selectively transferring data with different transfer timing by a common circuit. CONSTITUTION:A selection circuit 5 selects the transfer timing of an I/O control circuit 2 and a selection circuit 6 selects the output terminal of the timing corresponding to a signal supplied from a selection register 4. When serial transmission is performed, data is inputted/outputted in series to a serial data input terminal 1 or from a serial data output terminal 3 according to a serial transfer clock (a), and when a real time signal is outputted, the data is outputted from a real time signal output terminal 7 setting a trigger signal (c) as the transfer timing.</p> |
