PURPOSE:To improve the noise immunity characteristic by converting a light receiving signal into an electric signal and outputting the signal via a level shift circuit and an output buffer or the like and outputting an output of the level shift circuit through an inverting amplifier whose gain is the unity and the output buffer. CONSTITUTION:A light receiving signal converted into an electric signal outputted by a photodiode PD is outputted via an amplifier 1, a level shifter 2 and an output buffer 3 and an output of the circuit 2 is outputted via an inverting amplifier 4 whose gain is the unity and an output buffer 5 simultaneously. Only noise is extracted by applying differential amplification to outputs of the buffers 3, 5, the optolelectronic circuit element whose noise immunity is enhanced is obtained by utilizing the noise. |
