<p>The subject of the present invention is a process for treating plant-derived products, especially of marine origin. According to the invention, this process consists, in a first stage, in reacting polyvinylpyrrolidone in solution with at least one plant derivative and in then filtering the reaction mixture thus obtained, for example by ultrafiltration, by microfiltration or by filtration through a horizontal-plate filter. This treatment process makes it possible to potentialise the known biological activity of plant-derived products.</p> |
