PURPOSE:To prevent an information recording medium after image processing from being dropped from a receiver member receiving it. CONSTITUTION:A rotating part 14 is constituted so that it is able to be freely folded against a fixed part 12 with a shaft 13 as a center so that the size of a receiver receiving the ejected copy after being copied is freely varied. A reflective type sensor 16 detecting the variation in size of a receiver part due to having a rotating part 14 folded is provided on a top surface of the fixed part 12. When the variation in the size of the receiver part is detected by the reflective type sensor 16, control is carried out by a control circuit to inhibit a copying action against the copy of a size which cannot be stocked by the receiver part which has been varied. |
