The method for constructing offshore structure in Jet & Berth work field, is composed of sequential steps for driving offshore piles (12)(16) with inclination of 1:3 ratio; welding deck plate (20) with head frame (2); welding an end of support frame (7) with upper side of the piles (12)(16) and fastening after inserting rod (3) to the frame (7); fastening H-shape main beam (4) on lower rod by nut (3a); mounting H-shape cross beam (8) on the beam (4); mounting plywood (11), angled wood (13), prop (15) vertically on forming panel (10) after mounting the panel (10) and support prop (9) on the beam (8); filling concrete layer (17) in a space formed by the prop (9), the panel (10), and the plywood (11).
