PURPOSE:To produce a plastic thick-walled molded product having high strength and reduced in sinking by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A core 5 having discontinuous projections 6 and positioning holes 7 is preformed to be inserted in molds 8, 9 capable of obtaining a predetermined shape so that the discontinuous projections 6 are brought into contact with the molds 8, 9 and pins 10 are inserted in the positioning holes 7 to fix the core 5 to perform injection molding.
