<p>PURPOSE:To provide a pressure device of stress cone, which can keep the interfacial pressure between the stress cone and cable constant by always maintaining the stress cone through a constant biasing force, even if the compressive force of the spring of the pressure device increases by the thermal expansion of the stress cone, etc. CONSTITUTION:A stress cone 3 inserted over a cable 2 core is biased by a spring 12 inserted between annular plate 9 and bias fitting 10 fixed to a cable connector 4 of epoxy resin, etc. In this case, the spring 12 is composed of superelastic alloy having nonlinear strain-stress characteristics, and when strain is given to this spring 12 composed of superelastic alloy in a predetermined strain range at the time of mounting the stress cone, the stress cone 3 is always maintained by a constant biasing force even if the stress cone 3 is subjected to deformation such as thermal expansion.</p> |
