The vertical guide (4) is rotatable around the vertical axis.The vertical guide (4) comprises a hollow cylinder which is rotatable around the vertical axis and displaceable along it. The telescopic arm is located rotatably in a guide (5) on the holder device and comprises several vertically displaceable sections and between at least two sections of the arm an ability to pivot vertically and horizontally is provided.
