PURPOSE:To remove burrs from a complicated formed work to be produced at the time of casting by furnishing a pressurization supporting device including a fluid pressure cylinder so as to make adjustable the pushing force of the processing tool. CONSTITUTION:Rotational prime mover 1 is equipped at its tip with a fitting 8 for mounting of a tool 6 such as cutter etc. When burr removal or chamfering is to be made from/on a work 7 by playing back the robot, a direction control valve 15 is switched to eliminate the head side pressure of a fluid pressure cylinder 31, only the head side pressure of another fluid pressure cylinder 28 now being applied, so as to press the tool 6 to the work 7. Even though a single work has different sizes of burrs and/or chamfering, this pressure can be adjusted according to the size of burr or chamfer by changing the set value on a pressure control valve 13. Thus burrs can be removed even from a work with complicated configuration. |
