<p>PURPOSE:To acquire required information by investigating a communication control part driving a reset request by mapping a slave operation declare bit, slave request flag bit and information bit accompanying the flag bit to a register on a gateway. CONSTITUTION:The slave operation declare bit to declare the slave operation of this device is mapped to registers 20-22 on a gateway 12. The slave reset request flag bit from a master unit 10 and the information bit accompanying the flag bit are mapped to these registers 20-22. A communication control part 13 writes the flag bit and the information bit, and a system control part 11 reads these bits. The system control part 11 detects the slave reset request by polling this flag bit, simultaneously reads this information bit and automatically inputs information attached to the detected reset request. Thus, labor for acquiring this information can be saved.</p> |
