The invention relates to a device making it possible to heat in the winter using underfloor heating and to air-condition in the summer using a fan/convector unit. The invention is made up of a refrigerator circuit, the condenser 4 of which is embedded in the ground to be heated, and the evaporator of which is buried outside.
