<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously transfer the contents of a RAM and an external accessing RAM to other address areas by an address switching control signal. CONSTITUTION:An address control circuit 101 judges an address in accordance with the status of an address switching control signal 109 and selects the RAM 107 or the external accessing RAM 103 in accordance with the judged result to make access to the data of the selected RAM. Since a program can be continuously stored in the RAM 12 at the time of forming it, the useless processing of a program memory can be eliminated and a programmer can form the program without being conscious of the boundary of the memory.</p> |
