<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize various management information without incurring cost increase due to the revision in the hardware configuration by storing various information relating to a communication program and communication protocol history information and sending it to a facsimile terminal equipment connecting to an extension according to a command as a communication report. CONSTITUTION:When an information kind and a request to be logged are inputted from an operation section 3, a system control section 2 transfers the logging information from G3 communication control sections AN1-ANn and a G4 communication control section DN to the system control section 2 and stores it to a storage section 4. A line exchange control section 5 is controlled to connect the G3 communication control sections AN1-ANn and extensions I1-In. Then the logging information is read from the storage section 4 and transfers it to the G3 communication control sections AN1-ANn and an extension facsimile terminal equipment is dialed to connect a call and the logging information is sent as a prescribed communication report by the facsimile communication.</p> |
