PHOTOSENSITIVE POLYMER COMPOSITION CAPABLE OF BEING DEVELOPED BY AQUEOUS SOLVENT AT HIGH SPEED

PURPOSE: To produce a sensitive composition applied on a substrate suitable as a printing plate and a water resistant film by using a specified polymer. CONSTITUTION: This composition is an energy-sensitive polymer which has hydrocarbyl main chain and a pendant peptide group and in which a radical- polymerizable functional group is connected thereto, and uses a polymer containing at least one oxy-acid group or its salt and expressed by formula I. In formula I, R<1> is hydrogen or methyl group, R<2> is expressed by formula II, W is NH, O, etc., and Z is expressed by formula III. In formula II, (n) is 0 or 1, R<5> to R<8> are a 1-12C alkyl, a 5-12C cycloalkyl, a 6-12C aryl, etc., independently. In this way, the sensitive composition applied on the substrate suitable as the printing plate and the water resistant film is obtained.
