PURPOSE:To realize the communication with higher quality by controlling required minimum transmission power for each of plural channels multiplexed on a time axis so as to suppress the same frequency interference of another cell. CONSTITUTION:Based on reception quality of a mobile station or communication quality of a base station, a transmission level control signal generating section 4 generates a transmission level control signal S4. A transmission level control circuit 5 uses the transmission level control signal S4 to control transmission power for each channel on a time axis to modulated signals S3 for plural channels multiplexed on the time axis and outputted from a modulator 3 and outputs a transmission signal S5 from an output terminal 6. |
