PURPOSE:To facilitate the registration and updating of allotment destination and to improve operability by designating the allotment destination and an additional function by utilizing an electric mail system. CONSTITUTION:When distribution information is inputted through a keyboard 2, the allotment information is registered in a allotment information file 4, an identifier identifying the allotment information is automatically added and the information is returned to a user. The allotment information can easily be changed by designating the identifier registered in the file 4 through the keyboard 2 and designating the information to be changed. The allotment information is combined with information such as the identifier identifying it, receiver's name and transmitter's name to form a single record and registered in the file 4. Accordingly, the registration and updating of the allotment destination can be facilitated by utilizing the electric mail system and the available range of the additional functions can be improved. Furthermore, the operability in designating the allotment destination and additional functions can be improve d by utilizing of the keyboard 2 of a terminal.
