The invention relates to novel prestressed concrete structural elements of the precast floor slab type, comprising a thin concrete slab fitted with internal prestressing reinforcements (tendons) (24) and delimited by a lower face (12), an upper face (14), two lateral edges (16) which are generally parallel to the reinforcements and two transverse ends. Each of the lateral edges (16) comprises a bevelled lower portion (18) cast (moulded) with the lower face (12) and an inclined upper portion (20) shaped by extrusion with the upper face (14). The invention also relates to a method and an apparatus for the manufacture of these structural elements.
