PURPOSE:To ensure stability and reliability at the time of rolling a capacitor, by installing a DC motor whose torque is controlled by dynamic calculation to energize a raw material reel retainer in the rotary direction. CONSTITUTION:A retainer 10a holds a film raw material reel 9a for forming a capacitor, and coupled to a DC motor 15 via gears 16a, 16b. The output torque of the DC motor 15 is approximately proportional to an applied current. In the case where the tension is to be set as an arbitrary value at the time of rolling a capacitor, the current to be applied to the DC motor 15 can be determined by setting the following as constants; the specific gravity of material itself, the material width, the inertia of each equipment, the weight thereof, the coefficient of friction thereof, and the acceleration period at the time of rolling. Determination is enabled by reading the pulse count value when a capacitor is rolled. Hence the rolling excellent in cost reduction, stability and reliability can be realized. |
