<p>PURPOSE:To provide the high speed and large scale switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Switching pulse generating circuits 10-1 to 10-m generating switching pulses P1-Pm used to control switch blocks 10-1 to 10-m of each stage implementing exchange of packet data are allocated to each switch block so that a wiring length for transmitting a switching pulse is shorter than the length of wire for packet data transmission between the switch blocks. Then a switching pulse of a post-stage is generated based on an output of a pre-stage switching pulse generating circuit to prevent timing deviation among the pulses P1-Pm. Moreover, the wiring for transmitting each switching pulse is decreased, resulting in decreasing a signal delay due to a wire load and enabling a high speed operation of each switch block.</p> |
