A method and a system for cooling of an internal combustion engine particularly small air-cooled two-stroke engines, comprising one or more motor cylinders (8), which via a connecting flange (10) or an exhaust manifold is connected with a silencer (12) or an exhausting system, and where the temperature of sparking plug, motor cylinder (8), silencer (12), and exhausting system, respectively, is reduced by supplying water to the connecting flange (10) or to the exhaust manifold. |
