PURPOSE:To record the total number of image formation from the start of utilization of the device with an inexpensive nonvolatile storing element and notifying that number without using costly mechanical counter. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of the first counter 25 constituted from the nonvolatile storing element and renewing the counted value every time the image is formed, a second counter 24a constituted from the nonvolatile storing element counting the number of times the first counter 25 is exchanged, and a display means 29 calculating and displaying the sum of the number of image formation data based on the counted value of the second counter 24a based on notifying means 29 and 30 notifying when the first counter 25 is above a specified value and input of an notification command and the specified value, and the number of times of image formation data of the first counter 25. |
