PURPOSE:To obtain the servomechanism which suppresses the interference between a control system and a mechanical vibration system and makes a quick response. CONSTITUTION:A current detector 51 detects the current flowing from a power amplifier 4 to a motor 7, a compensator 61 performs characteristic compensation to obtain a compensation voltage, and an adder 2 adds this compensation voltage to the command voltage from a command part 1 and applies the sum to a controller 3, which performs proportional, differential, and integral processing, etc., to obtain a control signal and applies it to the power amplifier 4. Consequently, the mechanical vibration system is damped to suppress the peak of resonance and the interference with the control system is eliminated. |
