PURPOSE:To speed up processing and to obtain the same processing results at any terminal device by distributing a learning information at a certain terminal device to respective terminal devices so as to eliminate the need for using a channel when referring to the learning information. CONSTITUTION:A learning information collection controlling part 11 collects information about presence of learning information and its content from display terminals 14a-14c. A collected information distribution control part 12 distributes thus collected learning information to the display terminals 14a-14c and a learning information reflection control parts 13a-13c control and make it reflected in learning information storing parts 15a-15c. The storage devices and files of the display terminals 14a-14c can be made to act as the learning information storing parts 15a-15c. As a result, when referring to the learning information from the display terminals 14a-14c, the learning information already existing in its own terminal has only to be referred to, without accessing the information on other terminals through a channel.
