PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to execute various setting and to make it possible to input many records while regarding a similar item also as a corresponding item by automatically printing out an item name on a data base correspondingly to one item name on printing format defintion. CONSTITUTION:An output result storing table for storing output results e of checking items in an item definition information table and a printing format information table is initialized (processing 401), and an item name to be printed is set up (processing 402) in the output result storing table based upon the item definition information table. The printing format information table and the item definition information table are mutually compared (processing 403) in each item and whether one or more printing items to be printed on the same line exist or not is checked (processing 404). When at least one printing item exists, the number of printing lines is counted and the number of printing lines or the like is set up in the output result storing table. After completing comparison for one card, this program goes to card type document printing order determining processing (processing 407). |
