PURPOSE:To obtain a laser apparatus capable of obtaining stable mode synchronism for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A laser apparatus is provided with a modulator 4 having a piezoelectric transducer 6 and an acoustooptic medium 5 in a resonator. The structure of the apparatus is arranged to provide a cooling device 9 to cool the piezoelectric transducer 6, and a high-heat conductivity and low-elasticity rubber member 8 inclusively between the piezoelectric transducer 6 and the cooling device 9. |
