PURPOSE:To elevate the working efficiency with a reduction in the burden on operators, by arranging a field balance corrector made up of a rotation- detecting means, a vibration detecting means, a synchronous component extraction means and a drive-controlling means to automate the revolution control of a rotor. CONSTITUTION:This field balance corrector 100 is made up of a rotation detecting means comprising a rotation pickup 4 which detect the revolutions of a rotor 3 and the vibration phase reference point, a counter 28 and the like, a vibration detecting means comprising vibration pickups 5a and 5b which detects vibration generated in a support means S with the rotation of the rotor 3, a bandpass filter 34 and the like, a synchronous component extraction means which extracts vibration component synchronizing the revolutions based on the outputs of the rotation detecting means and the vibration detecting means and outputs a data and a drive controlling means comprising a microcomputer 26 or the like. Thus, the rotor 3 can reach the set revolutions automatically in sequence to obtain a desired data, thereby reducing the burden on operators. |
