<p>A tape composition is disclosed which utilizes a multi-layer co-extruded film having a first layer comprising a film having a low energy surface, and a second layer having high tensile strength, flexibility and a low rate of water vapor transmission. The multi-layer film is laminated with a fabric layer which imparts straight line tearing characteristics to the tape and an adhesive to form the finished product.</p> |
