Machine consists of a cylindrical container with base formed by a rotating perforated disc, with radial blades for washing the internal cavity of the container with hot water and a drain pipe for residual material. At least one gp. of cutting knives is in a casing backing onto the external sidewall of the container, fixed to a rotating shaft which can be positioned by a lever to project to a greater or less extent into the container.
