The press forming die for making metal strip bottle caps, in particular aluminium caps for milk bottles, with a stationary tool consisting mainly of a punching die, a drawing die and a sliding ring-shaped pressure pad, while the drawing die is attached directly to the body of the press forming die; and in the central part of its cylindrical jacket backward, it has oblong cut outs and crosswise to the axis of the press forming die comes through at least one peg which joins the pressure pad with the slidable connecting member placed inside the jacket of the drawing die and the connecting member has an axial aperture that provides a free passage for a screw to clamp a marking tool in the drawing die, consisting in that the pressure pad (3) is joined with the connecting member (7) by a single peg (12), and the axis of that peg intersects with the axis of the connecting member (7), while in the central part of the peg (12), a transverse opening (13) is located that provides a free passage for the screw (10) clamping the marking tool (9).<IMAGE>
