A method for production of rectified plant lecithin from technical rape lecithin through multiple deoiling by means of acetone and multiple extraction with 95 percent ethanol, characterised in that the rectification of the extract is done through a single or multi-step densification thereof under lowered pressure and a gradual freezing in a temperature from 0 to -20 degrees C over a time required to precipitate ballast substances.
